Wow! What an incredible day! We got up early yet again ate breakfast at 6 a.m. We talked to Nicholas on the webcam for a few minutes (he was as crazy as always) and we are so glad he is being a good boy. We traveled about a hour to the Great Wall where we climbed up and up and up....The most difficult part was that the steps were all different heights so one step could be normal followed by a big step, etc. Also, the air was getting thinner as we continued our ascent, so the longer we went the harder it was to breathe. To top it all off there was snow and ice on the steps too, but we HAD to get to the top. What a view too....We just kept telling each other that we were on the GREAT WALL OF CHINA!!! What a workout though. We climbed for about an hour so our butts and legs should be a little sore tomorrow. We then went out to eat with our group and talked about our soon to be sons and daughters. There are 8 couples with us and 5 are getting boys and 3 of us are getting girls, so that is a little different from the norm. On our way back to our hotel we decided to hit the Olympic Village area and check out all the stadiums and stuff. I cannot believe the size of the "Birds Nest". Seriously, you could fit 3 Cleveland Browns Stadiums in it. It was absolutely beautiful. The "Water Cube" and other areas around the stadium were pretty cool too. After a short rest Brittany and I went into Beijing by ourselves and found a little market area that was selling local foods. I took some video and pictures of scorpions, beetles, silk worms, sheep penises, and other wild things on sticks we could eat....needless to say we just looked and watched other people eat them....YUK! Well, I have to close for now. Tomorrow we will be only a few miles from Noelle! We can't wait to hold her for the first time in less than 2 days!!!! WE'RE GETTING CLOSER!!!
